We are already more than half way through August and spring is just around the corner. Australians will all be hoping for brighter days ahead, as we contend with rising COVID cases in some states, sobering news on the economic front and positive legislation changes.

We first take a look at the changes to superannuation rules that came into effect from 1st July 2020, which have the potential to help retirees as well as members suffering financial hardship due to COVID-19.

The changes to our daily lives of late have caused us to reframe our views on ‘screen time’, an activity that now more than ever takes up a significant portion of our day.  However, as we spend more time online, we are also spending more online, and it pays to be mindful of the ways our browsing habits impact our hip pocket.
